We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Team Leader - Billing. Reporting to the Manager, Billing, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mauritius and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Billing Services and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • In charge of one or several locations/ products and responsible for managing a team of people
  • Work in collaboration with Seniors to plan and monitor day to day deliverables.
  • Oversee day to day activities of team members and monitor work assignments to ensure all resources are fully utilized.
  • Work closely with other Vistra locations and external clients in the process of migrating work to the team.
  • Use time sheet data to produce output Metrics and rebilling data and be accountable to any queries.
  • Maintain details of work completed and time sheets in Time Tracker to allow production of monthly statistics, and rebilling data.
  • Training and review the work of Seniors.
  • Proactively recommend continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy of existing systems and processes.
  • Analyse large volumes of data to generate valuable insights, prepare comprehensive reporting, reconciliations, quality assurance checks, audits, and trend analysis.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for operational issues in the team.
  • Preparing accurate KPIs/Reports.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or matters.

  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Word & Excel).
