Position Description



Vistra is recruiting a Senior Client Services Associate. You will be responsible for the Administration of a portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Actively manage the administration of a portfolio of companies
  • Assist with any other general administration functions and with corporate secretarial tasks
  • To update Viewpoint following changes and transactions for specific entities
  • Respond to client queries within stipulated timeframe
  • Assist in preparing monthly statistics/KPI for Senior Management
  • Report and escalate business issues as and when required
  • Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives set; and
  • Share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues.


Relevant Experience & Skills



  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with a professional services firm
  • Strong knowledge of NLD legislation would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Good relationship management skills with a client service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks requested at the same time
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise, and
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently and as member of a team.


Professional Qualifications



  • Partly/Fully Qualified ICSA or a degree in Law, Management, Economics and Finance
