Job Title: Associate Team Leader – Client Services


Location: Mauritius


Purpose of the role:

Vistra is recruiting an Associate Team Leader – Client Services. You will be responsible for the Administration of a portfolio of clients.


Key responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the administration of a portfolio of companies
  • Ensure the SPV under administration are compliant with relevant regulatory and filing requirements
  • Cash management such as payments processing/banking instructions
  • Respond to client queries within stipulated timeframe
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of market/regulations (legal, tax, accounting, reporting, market developments)
  • Assist in preparing monthly statistics/KPI for Senior Management
  • Report and escalate business issues as and when required
  • Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives set
  • Manage, coordinate and review the work of team members; and
  • Share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues.


Attributes & Skills:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Good relationship management skills with a client service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks requested at the same time
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise, and
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently and as member of a team.


Relevant experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with a professional services firm


Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Partly/Fully Qualified ICSA or a degree in Law, Management, Economics or Finance
