    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager for the US. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing, this full-time, permanent position is based in the United States and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our marketing and its growth. 
     
    Key responsibilities: 
     
    As a Marketing Manager for our Fund and Global Solutions business units in the US, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth objectives and ensure alignment with our overall marketing vision. 
     
     
  • Strategy Execution: Support regional marketing execution plans and teams for both Vistra Fund Solutions and Vistra Global Solutions, considering specific market dynamics and opportunities in partnership with global marketing BUs, sales enablement, and regional commercial teams. 
  • Campaigns: Ensure effective delivery and execution of global marketing campaigns, collateral, events, and brand positioning tailored to regional needs and preferences. 
  • Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and conferences to engage clients and position the firm as a leader in the professional services space. 
  • Collateral: Ensure the effective delivery and distribution of centrally created collateral US marketing, adapting as necessary to meet local requirements. 
  • Brand: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and collaborate with the brand team on brand-related campaigns and collateral. 
  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and website content, to enhance online presence. 
  • Market and Industry: Identify trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Track Marketing Budget: Effectively manage the marketing budget to achieve results. Key metrics include: 
  • Lead Generation:  As a result of strategic marketing programs and campaigns, positively contribute to generating new business leads that convert to new business which contribute to meeting the yearly ACV (annual contract value) target.  
  • Performance Tracking: Ongoing performance monitoring, tracking, and reporting of marketing-initiated commercial results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with commercial and service delivery teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, enhance lead generation, and support up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients. 

 
Key requirements:  

  • Experience in fund marketing or financial services marketing is highly desirable. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in B2B or a related industry. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. 
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
