We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager- FA&T Delivery. Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in China and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our FA&T team and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to provide comprehensive and professional financial services and consultations for RMB and USD private equity funds, facilitating sustained business growth.

1.         Lead the team in completing fund management and fund accounting-related tasks. This includes but is not limited to calculating capital raisings and allocations, preparing financial statements, computing Net Asset Values (NAV), managing fees, fund management, and submitting regular reports required by fund associations, CRS declarations, and other related tasks.

2.         Ensure all fund operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

3.         Assist the team in providing professional offshore fund establishment and operational consulting services to clients.

4.         Establish and improve internal control systems, optimize processes, ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting-related data, and enhance work efficiency and quality.

5.         Participate in bidding processes, maintain close communication with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional advice and consulting services to convert client needs into business growth.

6.         Develop an efficient team and facilitate individual and team growth through regular training.

7.         Be able to align with the company's strategic transformation goals, actively communicate effectively with subordinates, and assist members in making a smooth transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance-related majors
• About 8-10 years or more of related work experience in WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprise in Mainland China) or with accounting outsourcing team in the accounting/consulting firms.
• Accounting take-up qualification.
• Good understanding of PRC accounting and tax compliance requirements, familiar with billing and AR process; experienced in accounting software and tax filing system.
• Good command of business English; able to communicate and prepare accounts in English.
• Outstanding communication skill and problem-solving skills are highly desired.
