We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager Accounting Services. Reporting to the Head of Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Switzerland and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Independent support and handling of a diverse client portfolio
- Independently supporting and advising clients (corporations and self-employed persons) on business management, accounting, tax and social security issues as well as comprehensive client communication
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Swiss companies
- Preparation of VAT statements
- Management of financial and payroll accounting
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Preparation of minutes for meetings of the board of directors, management and general meetings, e.g. for the approval of annual financial statements
- Acceptance of board of directors and management mandates
- Carrying out company formations, reorganisations and liquidations
- Processing payment orders in compliance with the dual control principle
- Active involvement in maintaining and expanding the client base
- Proactively supporting team members in all matters and fostering open and good working relationships with them
Key requirements:
- Completed basic commercial or business management training and further training in the financial and fiduciary sector (fiduciary with a federal certificate and/or diploma as a fiduciary expert)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector or in auditing
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss tax, finance and accounting
- Strong IT affinity and very good user skills in Abacus (FIBU and payroll programme) and MS Office (especially Excel), experience with Dr. Tax is an advantage
- High customer orientation, social and communication skills
- Convincing demeanour, empathy and negotiating skills
- Independent, efficient and precise way of working
- Resilient, motivated personality who enjoys their work
- Fluency in German and English
