We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Employer Solutions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
Key responsibilities:

In charge of a portfolio of clients with various assignments in payroll, statutory filing, MPF/ORSO administration, employment visa applications etc.

Ensure compliance with statutory payment and reporting requirements in MPF and tax
-
In charge of the setup for new payroll clients
-
Responsible for review and keep abreast of latest regulatory requirements

Provide HR advisory to clients
-
Design various reports to fulfil clients’ business objective

In charge of the MPF scheme set up, acquisition of the various insurance policies for clients
-
In charge of the payroll trust account set up for clients
-
Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Key requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies or Human Resources Management
-
Experience with sizeable professional firm is a definite advantage
-
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in payroll or HR administration
-
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations is preferred.

Proficient in various HRIS system is an advantage

Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
-
Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent spoken Mandarin
