We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Deputy Manager / Manager – Corporate Services based in our Vistra Bangalore office. This full-time and permanent position is based in India and offers regional exposure, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Corporate Services function and its growth.

 

About the Role

This role is part of the Service Delivery team, supporting multiple entities in managing their Finance & Accounts functions, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Regulatory Compliance, and Audit Management.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a finance team, coordinating with clients and auditors, and driving the timely and high-quality delivery of finance services.

 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting, Consolidation & Compliance

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.

• Prepare, review, and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS.

• Handle group consolidations, including elimination entries, inter-company reconciliations, and consolidation adjustments.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Review and implement accounting treatments relating to:

  • IND AS 116 – Lease Accounting
  • IND AS 115 – Revenue Recognition
  • IND AS 109 – Financial Instruments
  • IND AS 103 – Business Combinations

• Maintain appropriate documentation and supporting schedules for financial reporting and audits.

• Coordinate with Statutory, Tax, and Transfer Pricing Auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

 

NetSuite ERP & Process Management

• Utilize NetSuite ERP for financial reporting, accounting operations, and entity management.

• Manage NetSuite reporting structures, controls, and finance workflows.

• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancement projects.

 

SEZ Compliance

• Manage accounting, compliance, and audit requirements for SEZ entities.

• Ensure adherence to applicable SEZ regulations and reporting obligations.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities during audits and compliance reviews.

 

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.

• Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to quality and timeline expectations.

• Manage relationships with clients, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and support finance transformation projects.

 

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IND AS, including lease accounting, revenue recognition, financial instruments, and business combinations.

• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP.

• Experience handling SEZ accounting and compliance requirements.

• Proven team management and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict timelines.

 

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in Service Delivery, Shared Services, or outsourced finance environments.

• Exposure to multinational group structures and multi-entity reporting.

• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or ERP implementation projects.

• IFRS exposure will be an added advantage.

 

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant– Mandatory

• Additional certifications in IFRS, IND AS, or Internal Controls will be an added advantage.
