We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporation, this full time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong.
The role is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients to retain and grow sustainable partnerships, while identifying new business opportunities from both existing and prospective clients. It also involves close collaboration with internal departments to ensure client instructions and enquiries are accurately addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop, and further grow existing portfolio
- Identify and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable
- Prepare proposals, business presentation, detail service plans and reports for prospective and existing clients
- Provide advice on KYC related matters and ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding support
- Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure high quality of services for our clients
- Further expand business network and enhance awareness in the market
- Perform any ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned
Key requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant key account management or client facing experience gained from professional services industry
- Knowledge in corporate services is an advantage
- Self-motivated and ability to think outside the box to solve client’s issues
- Ability to identify client needs and market trend
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint
- Systematic use of commercial reporting and CRM/Salesforce is highly preferred
- Proficient in written and oral English, Putonghua and Cantonese
