We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Business Development. Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Development this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Business Development Department and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Delivery of agreed new business revenue target as agreed annually.
  • Develop new markets, products and services.
  • Develop sales and commercial operational strategies to increase clienteles growth.
  • Development/evolution of, and adherence to, business development strategy and plans.
  • Develop and maintain sufficient product knowledge to promote all aspects of Vistra’s products and services.
  • Carry out individual and team business development strategy in key markets and sectors.
  • Contribute to overall strategy for business development covering key business lines.
  • Contribute to the cross-sell initiative.
  • Create programme of activities in accordance with agreed budget.
  • Create focused list of intermediaries and prioritise engagement.  Deliver various presentations/product information to intermediaries and potential new clients at their locations.
  • To uphold Vistra’s values by promoting a culture of professionalism and teamwork.

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / any other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the corporate services industry in Indonesia.
  • Detail-Oriented.
  • In depth understanding of commercial markets, trends, and customer dynamics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the corporate services industry.
  • Strong sales and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the regulatory and compliance regime.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
