We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Business Development, Global Incorporations. This is a full-time and permanent position based in our Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of Vistra’s brand awareness in Hong Kong. with a focus on offshore incorporation services and solutions.
Promote Global Incorporations (company formation) and commercial offerings, including jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman Islands, Samoa, and other international markets, through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting leads into successful deals.
Establish, nurture, and expand referral networks with intermediaries such as professional service firms, chambers of commerce, banks, family offices, and direct clients.
Represent the company within offshore and professional networks, leveraging existing relationships to enhance market presence and credibility.
Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Service Delivery teams, and other business units to drive cross-selling opportunities and support overall business growth.
Provide market insights on offshore trends, regulatory developments, and client needs across key jurisdictions.
Support integrated sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads.
Perform other ad-hoc duties aligned with the strategic objectives of the role.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Governance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally from corporate services provider
Experience in business development or sales, within corporate services, trust, legal, or financial services sectors.
Exposure to offshore incorporation services and jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman Islands, and Samoa is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the Hong Kong market.
