We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Business Development, Global Incorporations.

 

Purpose of the Role 

  • Develop and implement commercial/sales plan for Global Incorporations

 

Scope

  • Work closely with Team Leads in Global Incorporations in the U.K. to develop and implement commercial/sales plan with key objectives and metrics towards building and generating new opportunities for Global Incorporations in the U.K.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of Vistra brand awareness and promoting Global Incorporations (former Company Formation) services to potential clients through sales and marketing campaigns
  • Capable in securing new-new business and closing of related opportunities
  • Establishing and nurturing new business referral relationships
  • Marketing of Vistra to professional intermediaries, chambers of commerce, banks, family offices and end clients
  • Able to work with Global Incorporations Relationship Managers and Service Delivery teams to drive Vistra’s business vision, brand and services on behalf of Global Incorporations U.K. and Europe
  • Identify and cross-refer opportunities to other business units, where applicable
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as the role may require
  • Attributes / Technical Skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to interact in the U.K. marketplace to build opportunities to grow Global Incorporations’ business in the U.K. and Europe market
  • Able to identify market trends, and client needs towards being able to assist in redefining Vistra’s service offerings
  • Effective communication/ presentation skills with the ability to provide non-technical explanations to technical matters, and summarize and present information in a clear, concise and accurate written and verbal form
  • Results-oriented, and numeric, capable in tracking and recording activity on client proposals and close deals
  • With potential to deal with individual and cultural differences and able to establish effective relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • Having a strong existing network of contacts in the U.K. market would be an asset.

 

Relevant Experience 

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in business development roles gained in a corporate, fiduciary or financial services setting (or similar professional services sector)

 

Education and Professional Qualification 

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Commerce/Economics, Accounting or Law or other relevant disciplines
