Mailing Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Mailing Supervisor based in our Vistra, Hong Kong office.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mailroom staff.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain records of all mail transactions and prepare reports as needed.
• Implement and enforce mailroom policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage mailroom supplies and equipment.
• Train and coach mailroom staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Address any issues or concerns related to mailroom operations promptly.

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years’ proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a mailroom or similar

• environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using mailroom equipment and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to details and accuracy.
