We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as MCS Manager. Reporting to the Country Managing Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Budapest and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate business and it’s growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate services business line with the assistance and under the supervision of the Company’s managers;
- Maintain and develop a quality team to deliver corporate services including all areas of recruitment;
- Goal-setting and evaluation of employees from the corporate services department of the Company;
- Plan and coordinate all activities of the corporate services department of the Company;
- Ensure the corporate services department delivers service of the highest quality to clients of the Company;
- Review documentation, correspondence, work flow, project status and monthly timesheets (in the online system TED) of the employees from the corporate services department
- Taking corrective action, where necessary;
- Involved in creation of new products, if required on local or Vistra group level;
- Draft legal documents and review such prepared by other employees from the corporate services department in all areas of providing services to clients of the Company:
Commercial law
Contractual law
Employment law
Provision of nominee directors
Provision of registered address
Regulations and procedures in the field of anti-money laundering measures
Regulations and procedures in the field of personal data protection
Other ad-hoc projects - Work with the feeder network of the Company, to ensure referrals and undertake other business development activities of the Company, as may be necessary;
- Report on all operational, organizational, financial or other aspects of the activity of the corporate services department of the Company;
- Present and conduct in a professional manner as a representative of the Company and in doing so, build the reputation of the Company within the team and in the greater business community.
- Cooperation with the other departments in the Company in order to ensure high quality of services for clients;
- Other tasks related to the position assigned by the managers of the Company
Additional Responsiblities:
- Performing the functions of Compliance officer in accordance with local legislation and Vistra group policies and requirements;
- Performing the functions of Data Protection officer in accordance with local legislation and Vistra group policies and requirements.
- Supervision of proper execution of work by the subordinates with regard to:
- Administrative support of shelf companies (establishment, daily maintenance, liquidation);
- Selling readymade shelf companies, including negotiating contracts, preparing relevant administrative procedures etc.;
- Opening, daily maintenance and liquidation of Clients’ bank accounts;
- Meetings with Clients and potential Clients;
- Assist the MD in the BD activity
- Regular meetings with feeders ( law firms, tax advisors)
- Maintaining good relations with Vistra’s Feeders, Clients and Contractors;
- Development of new products
- Taking active role in strategy planning for department
- Focus on chargeability, no unnecessary discounts
- Monitor work allocation
- Daily team management and issues solving
- Control procedures and templates
- Quality assurance (ad hoc checking)
Compliance and KYC
- Screen the new potential clients according to Hungarian regulations and Group requirements
- Manage all incoming KYC documents are filed to the right place
- Review the results received from Client Acceptance Team and inform management if there is a risk
- Manage annual periodic reviews for existing clients
- IdentiGO software - keeping it updated with the most recent data of the clients
- VGovern CMP monthly
VBC & VRC
- Updating the VBC and VRC documents and filing
BCP
- Attending BCP meetings, updating the necessary documents and filing
Attributes and Technical Skills:
- A natural team player who is confident, flexible and who is keen to grow and develop.
- Calm personality
- A preliminary experience of Hungarian and CEE market, regulations (legal, tax, financial accounting & reporting) and market developments is an advantage.
- Min 7/10 English knowledge both in written and verbal
- Professional MS Office knowledge
- Fast reaction.
Relevant Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate law as well as the legal and administrative requirements and Hungarian industry regulations
- A minimum of 7 years proven expertise in corporate services, international law, tax or trust environment
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- University degree in Corporate Law
