Our opportunity for you: 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as Regulatory Officer.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

•               Assist on standard matters related with all the Regulatory Services.

•               Assist the client servicing units/teams with Regulatory matters in their everyday work

•               Promote effective/efficient professional communication

•               Assist with technical matters reported by team members

•               Meet own chargeability targets

•               Assist with client follow up

•               Ensure the preparation of the work on time with the required level of quality

•               Support the team in the day-to-day operation

•               Get acquainted with client needs when performing Regulatory analysis and develop technical research capabilities

•               Work closely and effectively with the client servicing units/teams and support departments

•               Understand all the necessary to have Vistra Group and clients perform according to Compliance and AML rules

•               Adhere to internal policies and procedures

 

 Relevant experience: 

 

  • University degree or equivalent certification in Law or Tax with a specialisation in Regulatory aspects
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in Luxembourg Regulatory
  • Fluent in English and French or German
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive with a client service orientated attitude
