We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to the Vice President Talent Acquisition, this full-time, permanent position is based in Bogota and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our business and its growth. 
 

 

Purpose of Role

 

 

Lead recruitment delivery for our Americas region including the US, LATAM, Barbados, Cayman Islands and BVI combining hands-on hiring with leadership of TA initiatives. Provide advanced advisory support to senior hiring stakeholders, drive continuous improvement and standardisation, and mentor peers to elevate capability and outcomes.

 

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Own recruitment strategy and delivery for the Americas region including intake design, sourcing mix, selection approach, and offer strategy.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and prioritise requisitions; provide guidance on build/buy decisions, location strategy and talent availability.
  • Lead talent pipelining programmes (talent communities, proactive mapping, events) for hard-to-fill and repeat-hire roles.
  • Drive adoption of best practice and process improvements across the TA workflow (ATS configuration improvements, templates, assessment consistency, SLAs).
  • Own recruitment metrics for the portfolio; deliver insights and recommended actions to TA Partner/HR leadership (e.g., bottlenecks, source ROI, diversity progress).
  • Manage and optimise vendor performance (agencies, job boards, assessment providers) and contribute to preferred supplier approaches.
  • Support employer brand/EVP roll-out and content development in partnership with Marketing/Comms and HR.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide informal leadership/mentoring to A1–A2 colleagues, including quality checking and coaching.

 

 

Attributes and Technical skills

 

  • Advanced stakeholder influencing and consultative partnering.
  • Strong market mapping and sourcing strategy design; confident headhunting and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to translate business demand into actionable recruitment plans and prioritisation.
  • Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations using data (dashboards, funnel analysis, source effectiveness).
  • Continuous improvement mindset; able to design and embed practical process changes

 

 

Relevant Experience

 

  • Typically 5–7 years’ recruitment experience in the Americas with proven delivery across complex/hard-to-fill roles and demonstrable leadership of TA initiatives (process, projects, or portfolio ownership). 
  • Degree and/or relevant TA/HR qualification desirable.
  • Experience of using an ATS or CRM with knowledge of Phenom and Success Factors a plus.
