We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Key Account Manager. Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Human Resources Outsourcing services and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Provide guidance and facilitate to team members
  • Responsible for managing existing clients to provide immediate support and provide HR-related professional advice
  • Work closely with the business development team to promote company services to prospective clients
  • Prepare presentation deck and materials for clients meeting in order to facilitate better
  • Formulate regular reports for senior management’s review in understanding the team performance and business trend
  • Conducting research on problems and resolving complaints
  • Develop cost projection in Excel format to evaluate the business profits and risk 
  • Support in service contract liaison and negotiation on commercial terms
  • Assist Team Head in planning business strategies to achieve the team's target

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in key account management is required
  • Familiar with recruitment process, employment ordinance / HR knowledge will be an advantage
  • Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus
  • Good command of English & Chinese is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
