Commercial Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Core Function

The Commercial Reporting & Analytics Analyst is a member of the Group Commercial Operations team based in Indore, India and reports to the Group Director of Commercial Technology.

The key purpose of this position is to:

• Develop and deliver reporting and analytical data to inform the business on its performance as well as help develop data-driven strategies.
• The Commercial Reporting & Analytics Analyst will primarily focus on supporting the Group Commercial team but will also support the business sector heads, commercial leadership teams, and country Commercial Directors globally on strategic requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and delivery of Monthly Commercial reporting packs
• Ongoing support of ad hoc Commercial reporting and analysis requests
• Effective use and leverage of key Commercial platforms (Salesforce.com, Tableau, HubSpot)

Relevant Experience & Skills/ Personal Attributes

• Ability to understand and analyze data to help make data-driven decisions and recommendations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to articulate the link between data requests and the Vistra business requirement/ opportunity
• Provide high-level commentary and direction on the output of analysis
• Experience of working with multiple data sources preferable
• Collaborative team player
• Manage and priorities ongoing workloads against ad hoc requests
• Capable of working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data simulations, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, etc.) are required
• Strong Salesforce.com, and Tableau experience preferred
• Good written and verbal English language skills

Education -

• Graduate Degree.
