We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Implementation Manager. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this full-time and permanent position is based in, Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth. 

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of products and migration of data for customers. As the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, you will be responsible for driving project timelines, managing data migration, and delivering a seamless product transition. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention, making this a highly influential position within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from project planning to migration and final execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Develop detailed project implementation and data migration plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources to maintain clear timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation cycle, addressing concerns promptly and providing regular updates on progress.
• Facilitate data migration and system configuration, ensuring accuracy, security, and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Identify potential risks or challenges, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement in both product and processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to relay customer insights, shaping future product enhancements and ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and risk assessments, to ensure transparency and effective knowledge transfer.

Key requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in an implementation, project management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid experience handling data migration tasks and coordinating technical teams or processes.
• Track record of driving project timelines and delivering projects on schedule.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent) is advantageous.
