Responsibilities: 

Business Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and execute the strategic plan for the Hong Kong Funds business.
• Drive achievement of revenue, profitability, client retention and operational KPIs.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives aligned with APAC and global objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging product requirements within the Hong Kong funds industry.
• Provide regular business performance updates to APAC leadership.

Board Director Responsibilities

• Act as a Director of Vistra Fund Services Hong Kong.
• Participate in board meetings and support the effective governance of the entity.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, fiduciary and corporate governance requirements.
• Review and approve matters requiring board oversight.
• Support business risk management and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, auditors and external advisers.

Operational Leadership

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality fund administration and ancillary services to clients.
• Maintain strong service standards and operational controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems and service delivery.
• Oversee capacity planning, resource management and operational scalability.
• Work closely with Global Service Centres and regional teams to optimize delivery models.

Client Management

• Act as executive sponsor for key client relationships.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including fund managers, investment managers, sponsors and institutional investors.
• Support business development activities and client retention initiatives.
• Participate in major client pitches, presentations and industry events.
• Escalate and resolve client issues proactively.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance objectives and monitor achievement against KPIs.
• Manage succession planning, training and talent development.
• Promote Vistra's values and culture across the Hong Kong business.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Own and manage the Hong Kong Funds P&L.
• Monitor revenue growth, margins and operational efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate pricing discipline and commercial decision-making.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with clients.
• Manage budgets and investment plans for the Hong Kong business.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships across APAC and global Vistra teams.
• Collaborate effectively with Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Technology teams.
• Act as the key Hong Kong subject matter expert within the global Funds organization.
• Represent Vistra externally through industry associations, conferences and networking forums

Job Requirements: 

• 10+ years of experience within fund administration, financial services, private equity, real estate funds, asset servicing or related industries.
• Significant experience leading teams and managing managers.
• Experience holding senior leadership responsibility for a business unit, function or legal entity.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong funds and investment management industry.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and operational excellence.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English. 
• Strong professional proficiency in either Cantonese or Mandarin.
