We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Head of Facilities and Property, SEA. Reporting to the Executive Vice President - Facilities, Property, Procurement & Cost Optimization, Global, this is a full-time and permanent position based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional FM Oversight & Consistency
- Oversee end-to-end facilities management services across regional real estate portfolio
- Manage to mentor a cross-border FM team, building positive team culture and leadership bench strength
- Act as the senior escalation point for Hub and Site Facilities Managers.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients and colleagues across all sites.
- Monitor key performance metrics and uphold global governance and compliance standards.
Issue Identification & Mitigation
- Proactively identify and resolve operational risks, inefficiencies, and service gaps.
- Equip Hub and Site Managers with the tools and guidance to take preventative action.
- Foster a forward-thinking, knowledge-sharing culture across all locations.
Vendor Management & Contract Optimization
- Oversee performance and compliance of local & regional vendors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through contract centralization and service consolidation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Legal on RFP process, contract execution as well as vendor governance
Global Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing
- Collaborate with peer Regional Facilities Managers to align operations and share regional insights.
- Facilitate cross-regional knowledge exchange to establish global best practices.
- Provide recommendations to the Global Facilities Head for strategic consideration and adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with IT, HR, Legal & Compliance to ensure workplace operations support business goals.
- Represent the facilities function in regional forums and change initiatives.
Financial Alignment
- Operate within budgetary guidelines set by the Global Facilities Manager and CFO.
- Track and report on expenditure, providing insights to support cost forecasting and financial planning.
Strategic & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the region.
- Support the execution of global initiatives including sustainability, space planning, and workplace transformation projects.
- Act as a thought leader in workplace innovation and technology adoption to bring operational efficiency and effectiveness
Brand, Design & Estate Planning Support
- Ensure all regional offices reflect Vistra's brand identity in a cost-effective manner, aligned with the Global 5-Year Estate Plan.
- Provide regional insights and guidance on office moves, redesigns, and rebranding needs across various workplace models.
- Manage real estate renovation projects according to Corporate Branding Guidelines
- Advise on functional and operational requirements related to real estate changes.
Key Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years in Facilities and Property Management, ideally with focus on outsourcing and contract governance
- Working background from a FM service provider is preferred
- Accreditation of IFMA or RICS will be advantageous
- A solid understanding of Vistra’s structure, operations, and business model is essential.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven skill sin contract negotiation, SLA/KPI design and vendor performance management
- Demonstrate the ability to manage escalations, standardize service delivery, and support global initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior executives and align FM strategy with core business goals
