We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a HR Advisor for our client portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our HR and Payroll and its’ growth.Together with the team you will support clients in running their payroll, and answering their payroll and HR related questions.
Scope
In your day to day activities you will work with a tight team of Payroll professionals and you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ success.
Key responsibilities

Facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new clients;

Providing expert advisory on HRM, Social Security, Wage Tax, and related areas;

Providing expert advisory and guidance on occupational health and safety;

Identifying opportunities to upsell existing and new products/services to clients;

Contributing to the development and enhancement of add-on products/services;
-
Proactively managing relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders;
-
Serving as the primary point of contact for external parties, including Dutch tax authorities.
Key requirements
-
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an accounting firm, Corporate service provider, audit firm, or financial institution;
-
Previous experience in managing or coaching junior payroll team members (preferred but not required);
-
Demonstrated proficiency in sales, upselling, and client relationship management, particularly with organizations employing 20+ individuals;

Bachelor's or master’s degree in HRM, Economics, MER, Payroll (e.g., PDL and VPS);
-
Dutch employment law exceptional knowledge;
-
Proficiency in pension, 30% ruling, and WKR legislation;
-
Strong ICT skills with a knack for creativity and commercial acumen;
-
Organizational sensitivity and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;

Fluency in English;

Communicative Dutch;
-
Proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering quality results;

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
