We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Executive Account Manager, Credit Market Services. Reporting to the Head of Funds Commercial – US, Europe and UK, this full-time and permanent position is based in Ireland and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial and its growth.
Purpose of Role
- The Funds EAM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value accounts and growing business with new names. EAMs will serve as the primary point of contact for allocated book of customers, strategically focusing on maximizing expansion and cross-sell opportunities to achieve individual, team and overall Vistra goals.
- EAM’s are also allocated a proportion of prospect names to grow new business to Vistra not currently contracted as client.
- Candidate should have significant tenure and experience in Capital Markets and Aviation business with long established network both at potential clients and industry influencer/intermediary level.
Scope
- Responsible for driving new sales and existing client Revenue retention and upsell
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain meaningful business relationships with assigned Funds/Aviation accounts as principal contact for a portfolio of c20 key Aviation clients.
- Create, identify, and convert expansion ACV opportunities in assigned accounts to cross sell / upsell across all Funds solutions and products.
- Develop and maintain fluency of PE/RE/CM knowledge, common collateral and standards to ensure you meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for overall book of business to ensure targets are met and exceeded, creating individual strategic account plans for priority customers.
- Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively apply product and business knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions.
- Utilize Marketing Development Rep to conduct research aiming to better understand the distinct customer profiles within your book of business
- Tailor messaging and communications to effectively articulate Vistra’s value proposition for each customer profile.
- Leverage Subject Matter Experts to utilize their technical expertise & knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions during the time of sale.
- Coordinate with Central ORM team to ensure service delivery team is executing at the local level & stay informed of any issues that need to be raised to EAM.
- Coordinate with Onboarding CRMs to ensure customers receive best in class onboarding process and white glove service to meet their needs throughout the adoption phase. Ensure the EAM remains the face to the customer through approvals.
- Provide advisory expertise to customer to help develop international expansion plans through industry knowledge & client experience

Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with a professional services firm
- Background in financial services sales with specific exposure to Aviation and Alternative Investments products and structures
- Experience selling Offshore funds services especially into regulated markets, a huge plus
- Confident and persuasive communicator who asks great questions
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Solid negotiation skills and proven attainment of large revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of Private Assets (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt and Private Equity)
- Ability to successfully communicate and influence with all levels
- Ability to develop and grow commercial business activity
- Ability to solve problems and have proactive attitude
Education and Professional Qualification
- A university degree in sales specific certification, or a proven track record in the Commercial area
