We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Enterprise Account Manager. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Customer Success, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong that offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial department and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Corporate Solutions global sales across designated region. Will lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers, Enterprise Business Development Managers and Frontline Sales Managers, who will be reporting directly into this role (team ranges from 15-33 individuals depending on region).
- Collaborates closely with marketing, product development, and service delivery to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Also manages the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive maximum return on investment.
- Meet or exceed annual enterprise sales quotas and performance objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth, expand market share, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development decisions.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring strategies to the sales managers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and service delivery to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective collaboration.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive maximum return on investment.
- Build and maintain strong executive customer relationships, identify key decision-makers, and help manage strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure strong team discipline in the usage of CRM and other sales enablement tools.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, business administration, or related discipline
- A highly motivated consultative sales leader, with a proven track record in complex B2B sales and management of high performing sales teams.
- Act as a role model demonstrating positive attributes such as high performance, accountability, transparency and collaboration.
- Significant experience of using CRM and other sales enablement tools.
- Effective coaching skills to ensure line managers achieve/exceed performance goals.
- Effective strategic planning skills with the ability to shape sales strategy and align sales activities to this.
- Excelling budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills.
- An effective communicator with strong presenting, influencing and persuading skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
