We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Due Diligence Questionnaire Manager. Reporting to the Head of Bid Management, this full-time and permanent position is based in the Netherlands and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
DDQ Management: Lead the process of gathering, drafting, and submitting Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) in response to client and prospect inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, and other internal teams to collect necessary data and insights required for DDQs.
Content Ownership: Maintain a repository of up-to-date, standardized DDQ responses for a variety of service offerings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the DDQ response process, reducing response times and enhancing quality.
Client Focus: Ensure all DDQs are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations in terms of completeness, clarity, and accuracy.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for Sales and other departments regarding DDQs, providing updates, status reports, and escalation management as required.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in DDQ responses, working closely with the Risk and Compliance teams to ensure that all information is accurate and legally sound.
Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to sales teams and other relevant stakeholders on DDQ best practices, response templates, and process improvements.
Reporting & Analytics: Track DDQ response progress and produce regular reports on key metrics, including response times, success rates, and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of corporate services, industry regulations, and compliance standards. Familiarity with DDQ formats and due diligence processes is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proactively address challenges and find solutions to meet client expectations.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on delivering high-quality and timely responses to client needs.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations, compliance, onboarding or risk management role, with a focus on DDQs, RFPs, or similar documentation processes in the corporate services or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of tools or platforms used for DDQ management is a plus (e.g., RFPIO, Qvidian).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A professional certification in project management, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
