We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial, Global Incorporations this full-time, permanent position is based in Dubai and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Global Incorporations business and its growth. 
 
This role is to develop the client base and establish and maintain long term relationship with a portfolio of clients ; driving the sales revenue by cross and up- selling the services to the clients. 

It is responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining effective relationships with client by providing quality and professional service directed to their needs among services that are provided within Global Incorporations. 

Working closely with various departments it will ensure client instructions and enquiries are executed / solved correctly and in a timely manner and improving the client experience by collating client feedback and identifying areas to improve

Key responsibilities: 
 
Excellence and maintain the existing client portfolios 

  • Maintain, develop, and further grow existing portfolios
  • Prepare proposals, business presentation, detail service plans and reports for prospective and existing clients
  • Solicit referrals from existing customers or other staff
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure high quality of services for our clients 

Compliance 

  • Provide advice on KYC related matters and ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding support
  • Observe internal control procedures and regulatory requirements

Optimize the commercial opportunities in Middle East

  • Identify and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable
  • Further expand business network and enhance awareness in the market

Drive the Commercial Campaign in Middle East

  • Work closely with the Global Incorporation Business Development team to drive the  Commercial Campaign in Middle East
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned

Attributes/Technical Skills:

  • Self-motivated and ability to think outside the box to solve client’s issues
  • Ability to identify client needs and market trends
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide non-technical explanations to technical matters, and summarize and present information in a clear, concise and accurate written and verbal format
  • Strong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Tracking and recording activity on accounts and assisting with closing deals to meet/exceed annual targets
  • Understanding of individual cultural differences and ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint

Systematic use of commercial reporting and CRM/Salesforce is highly preferred 
 
Relevant Experience:  


  • 5+ years of relevant key account management or client facing experience gained from professional services industry
  • Knowledge in offshore jurisdictions and RORA is an advantage

Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
