We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Director, Sales Operations, Global Incorporations. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Incorporations Operations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations Services and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Streamline and automate sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts. Identify and implement CRM system enhancements to support sales operations.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance against targets and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Stay informed about sales best practices, new technologies, and industry developments, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Key requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • English Language Proficiency (Mandarin language is desired)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue metrics.
