We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Corporate Legal Associate. Reporting to the Country Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Paris, France and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal Services and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Support the compliance team with onboarding and health check of the clients’ entities
  • Upsell legal services
  • Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary
  • Manages, controls and accounts client invoices in line with accounting obligations, making the appropriate checks
  • Attention to requirements from the Administration and response to them

  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients)
  • Proactive and analytical thinkinExcellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and oral English.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently and being part of a team
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. Experience in management with multinational clients is highly valued.
  • University degree, preferably in business or finance
  • Good knowledge of French accounting and tax regulations
  • High level of English
  • Good knowledge of Pack Office.
