We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Consultant based in our Tricor Axcelasia Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
Key responsibilities:
Operations/Functional Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Consultant and/ or Team Leader in audit planning prior to commencement of engagement.
- Assist to arrange meeting with clients, e.g. kick-off, interview, closing.
- Perform audit fieldwork based on agreed auditable areas that have been allocated for by obtaining, analyzing and evaluating relevant records, reports, documentation, data, flowcharts etc.
- Prepare and present audit results and document process in the approved Audit Programme.
- Prepare the Management Letter for audit observations.
- Assist in preparing draft report.
- Assist to arrange hotel and flight arrangement with client prior to audit fieldwork commencement.
- Prepare and track on out-of-pocket expenses for respective audit job.
- Develop and maintaining good relationship with clients.
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
- Able to work independently and as part of the team when necessary.
- Attending staff meeting and staff functions.
- Submitting the time sheet on time.
- Ad-hoc duties from reporting superior.
People Management:
- Effective reporting and consultation with Manager/ Director.
- Coordination & Communication with other team members / other Divisions.
Clients Relationship:
- Achieving individual targets as well as within the group
- Managing Client Relationships – maintaining good rapport with clients.
- Ability to achieve Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Assisting in Cross Selling Other Tricor Services
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Degree course in Finance / Accounting/ Business Administration or professional qualification (ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/ CIA) or related field.
- Able to perform with skillset of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
- Possess strong command of English with a flair of report writing.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytic skill.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Prepared to travel whenever required.
- Ability to work effectively with less supervision.
- Supportive and cooperative team player.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good time management.
