We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Consultant. Reporting to the Project Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Consulting and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• To implement complete product line based on customer needs/requirements.
• To analyze and document customer needs/requirements for a complete product line.
• To work with other consultants, managers, and customers to develop innovated solutions that meets the requirements.
• Must be able to independently design code and test individual features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
• To participate in systems design or business process.
• To provide guidance to the customer.
• To conduct testing on deliverables.
• To provide post-implementation system supports.
• To evaluate system and enhancements, including troubleshooting.
• To prepare systems and user documentations.
• To conduct system reviews, quality reviews and quality tests.
• Others as requested by user or management.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years work experiences as HRIS consultant.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Good command in English, both spoken and written.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
• He/she must also be a very patient person as the job would involve customer’s service.
• Knowledge in SQL command and MSSQL SERVER databases is a plus.
• Willing to learn and fast learning.
