Position: Commercial & Business Development Specialist
 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the company's business development:
    • Develop new business strategies to help to meet our revenues targets.  
    • Identify new business opportunities to drive revenues grow.
    • Actively target the local and international companies and introduce our wide package of corporate managerial services.
    • Promote Vistra brand on Czech and Slovak market (promote our global solutions, strong local teams and professionalism).
    • Establishing close relationship with the new business partners and straightening of the relationship with existing business partners.
  • Active networking:
    • Active participation on the business events organized by our key business partners with the Managing Director of the company (key legal companies and funds).
    • Regular meetings with our feeders.
    • Assistance wit preparation of our own business events / conferences. 
  • Active monitoring and maintenance of new and existing opportunities in Sales Force – leading of our recurring Sales Force meetings, share actual status of individual projects, key contacts, calculate expected Annual Contract Value, monitor expected close date, keep our Leads in Sale Force).
  • Preparation of business proposals for new clients including the cooperation on the pricing strategy:
    • Preparation of targeted proposals for potential clients.   
    • Conclude the market research to stay one step ahead of the market trend and competition.
    • Preparation of the pricing benchmark analyses of the market.
    • Assessment of profitability of individual engagements.
  • Active cooperation with our Global Commercial Team and clear communication of our Commercial and Marketing strategies for Czech and Slovak market.
  • Enhancement of our presence on social media:
    • Maintenance and proactive promotion of Czech and Slovak Vistra services, business activities and internal events and upcoming legislative changes on LinkedIn.
    • Maintenance of our local website with newsletters, clients’ referrals, changes in legislations, key statutory deadlines etc.
  • Overseeing the status of contractual process with client: 
    • Close cooperation with our Managerial Corporate Services department on the contractual process with clients incl. close monitoring of alignment of agreed conditions per proposal to the final contractual terms.
    • Onboarding process of new clients including managing of KYP procedures and sharing of KYC outputs with management of the company (weekly maintenance of our SPOC dashboard that show the status of onboarding process).
    • Uploading of final signed Service / Managerial Agreements and SOW into the Sales Force 

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliability and proactive approach
  • Education in economics or communication is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong motivation to contribute to business growth
  • Patience and resilience
  • Fluent Czech and English

Gross Salary: CZK 60,000 – 75,000 per month
