We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Client Services Administrator. Reporting to the Team Head Corporates Switzerland, this full-time and permanent position is based in Zurich, Switzerland and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate Department and its growth.

 

 

Purpose of Role

 

  • Support Client Management of the Zurich practice;
  • Support first line Compliance activities in the office

 

Scope                         

 

  • No direct reports, self-starting and independent, but working with internal client delivery teams;
  • Manage client satisfaction for those services provided and AR and AP within agreed targets

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support in Cosec services (Preparation of AMG and EGM documents, application for changes in the commercial register, and assumption of the corresponding communication and control functions);
  • Support and handling of our customers' payroll administration (prepare child allowance applications, review tax at source invoices, report accidents and illnesses);
  • Assisting with first line compliance activities, joining the VBC and VRC teams and minuting and managing follow-up actions;
  • Handling our customers' mail processing;
  • Incoming/outgoing post; courier services, premises logistics; filing; managing stakeholders; stationery and supplies.
  • Maintaining the archive in Zug
  • Maintain customer related information and process changes in VP and subsequent ERP systems;
  • Support in preparing billing files and invoicing
  • Responsibility for the internal AP process
