We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Client Account Manager, Client Servicing. Reporting to the Director, Head of Securitisation, this full-time and permanent position is based in Dublin, Ireland and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Client Servicing Department and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main client relationship manager, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all services.
  • Serve as a director on the boards of SPVs after period of training, ensuring sound governance, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of board responsibilities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of SPVs, including company secretarial support, financial reporting coordination, compliance monitoring, and transaction management.
  • Liaise with legal counsel, auditors, trustees, rating agencies, tax advisors, and regulators.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, board packs, resolutions, and other corporate documentation.
  • Coordinate the incorporation, ongoing administration, and dissolution of entities as required.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are met (e.g., CBI, AML, FATCA, CRS).
  • Liaise directly with offshore service teams (accounting, compliance, operations, etc.) to coordinate and supervise the timely completion of deliverables across time zones and jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements, compliance enhancements, and systems upgrades.

Relevant experience:

  • Up to 2 years post qualification experience, preferably in the client services industry or accounting practice
  • Experience in Capital Markets industry is a significant advantage, but not essential


Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant, legal/business degree or company secretary with 2 years of experience in the industry, holding relevant professional qualifications and educational credentials.
