Summary

 

 

  • Expansion is our mission due to strong organic growth and acquisition, as we are now looking for a proven individual with strong business development experience from professional services arena, to actively develop new client, prospect and introducer relationships with a view to securing new clients in Hongkong.
  • To research for new prospects, introducers and channels for business development activities and assist our growth in Hongkong market in the Corporate & Private Client space, and other fiduciary management service. Other area of potential growth includes services in corporate and private trusts, alternative asset/PE funds
  • Experienced Sales and Relationship Management professionals from legal firms, CPA firms, financial data market, retail/private banking sectors are welcome to apply.

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Assist the Global International Expansion team regarding service deliveries in Hongkong or deals involve multiple jurisdictions
  • Engage with and build depth in the relationships with intermediaries at local and international level
  • Work with other Vistra offices across Business Lines and Vistra Alliance offices worldwide for cross sell, up sell opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Provide practical business advisory on market entry strategies, company formation, tax compliance, trade, labour and any other international expansion related issues for our clients
  • Assist with KYC and client on boarding process

 

Requirements

 

 

  • 7 years plus experience in business development, relationship management, or Sales& Marketing role gained in legal firms, CPA firms, financial data market, retail/private banking sectors (or any similar professional services industry)
  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Law or other relevant disciplines
  • Knowledge of Corporate Services industry nice to have
  • Strong understanding and knowledge about the trust and corporate services industry and products is also nice to have
  • Strong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Service orientated individual who is highly motivated, proactive, strategic, with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent of English (both spoken and written)
