Job Description

	Job Title	Assistant / Associate, Client Acceptance (Project)
	Contract period	6 month contract
	Location	Hong Kong
	Business Unit	Asia Pacific – Hong Kong
	Department	Client Acceptance
	Reporting to	Senior Manager / Manager, Client Acceptance North Asia
	Direct Reports	N/A
	Key Responsibilities	This role will provide support and assistance in for the AML risk rating project, and the key responsibilities include: Data checking and data entry Provide administration support as required Follow through standard workflow and instructions to fulfil the standard requirement of the project
	Attributes/ Technical Skills	Experience of document handling and data entry Detail oriented Good communication and organisation skills with positive learning attitude and detailed oriented Able to work well under timeline pressure Prior experience in coaching junior/inexperienced staff working as same project team would be an advantage Good understanding of by Company Registry (CR)/ for Authorized Institutions by HKMA/ for Licensed Corporations by SFC
	Relevant Experience	Administration or data management working experience preferred Fresh graduates or recent graduates will also be considered
	Education/ Memberships	Higher Diploma holder or above
	Computer Skills	Proficient user of Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
	Languages	Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
