Our opportunity for you:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Administration & Operations team on a full-time basis

 

Key responsibilities:

  • To maintain off site storage record
  • Receiving incoming courier / mail
  • Data Entry
  • Document photocopying and scanning
  • To arrange overseas and local courier services
  • Internal mail routing services
  • To provide back up support for messengers who are currently on leave.
  • Any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Attributes & Skills:

  • Hardworking
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • A good team player with good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good oral communications skills in Chinese
  • Basic English language skills is required
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially with Word and Excel
  • Familiar of Chinese and English Typewriting

 

 

Relevant experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration role
  • Previous messenger experience is highly advantageous

 

Education/Professional Qualifications:

Form 5 or above
