We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Enablement Lead. Reporting to the Managing Director, Operations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers an opportunity in bridging business needs with technology solutions.

 

As the Business Enablement Lead, you will drive system efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption by ensuring seamless integration and ongoing optimization of business systems. Your expertise in enforcing security policies, identifying system enhancements, and facilitating training will be instrumental in strengthening operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the first point of contact for business teams to understand challenges, define solutions, and translate requirements into actionable inputs for the Operations Technology team.

 

  • Represent business needs and priorities in discussions with technology and transformation teams.

 

  • Serve as the in-country subject matter expert (SME) for Viewpoint (VP), providing operational support and guidance on system usage and business processes.

 

  • Conduct training sessions for new users and employees on VP usage, operational processes (e.g., KYC, client onboarding, invoice approval, and ad-hoc work recording), and other systems as implemented (e.g., CEM, Boardfolio).

 

  • Perform skills gap assessments for in-market teams and develop training plans to address competency gaps.

 

  • Collaborate with delivery, operations technology, and compliance teams to ensure strong data governance practices, maintaining high-quality system usage aligned with business objectives.

 

  • Act as a key contact point for new process or technology implementations that need integration with VP.

 

  • Support transformation initiatives by conducting VP gap assessments and ensuring appropriate workstreams are in place to address system changes.

 

  • Monitor system performance, ensuring it meets business requirements and operational efficiency goals.

 

  • Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, ensuring smooth workflows and minimizing disruptions.

 

  • Test new system features or configurations before deployment to ensure functionality and usability.

 

  • Communicate system updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions and user adoption.

 

Key requirements

 

  • Experience with Viewpoint (VP) 7.5 or other corporate secretarial and compliance systems is preferred.

 

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and implement new systems.

 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 

  • Strong communication skills to provide training and user support.

 

  • Experience with data management, reporting, and system integration is a plus.

 

  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
