We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Country Account Executive. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this full-time and permanent position is based in Germany and offers country sales coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial team and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Identifying and acquiring potential new customers in the market to expand Vistra's customer base and capture market share
  • Establishing initial contact with these prospects and representing the company at various events
  • Develop and execute a plan for overall pipeline to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Leading and managing Vistra`s sales process with each prospect with the objective of gaining a contract to supply the companies services
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and proactively apply product and market knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions
  • Ensure timely, seamless transitions of leads from Marketing Development Reps, providing regular feedback on lead quality to continuously improve pipeline
  • Proactively target expansion opportunities within current customers to maximize sales across all corporate solutions and products
  • Coordinate with local Operational Relationship Manager team to ensure service delivery team is executing the acceptance, onboarding, and delivery of local customers

 

Key requirements

 

Essential:

  • General Market proficiency
  • Experience of generating your own new business opportunities and managing a varied pipeline
  • Fulfillment Sales Skills
  • Local business knowledge
  • Experience of using sales enablement tools
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills
  • An effective communicator with strong presenting, influencing and persuading skills

 

Desirable:

  • A relevant degree or business/sales qualification (e.g., CPSL)
