Business Analyst (remote)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Business Analyst. Reporting to the Manager of Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Poland (remote) and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Operations and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Conduct the end to end quality and timely business analysis. This includes but not limited to
- Identifying and understanding the problem and business case
- Defining the scope and requirements (functional and non functional) in a structured manner e.g. request, objectives, desired outcomes and timelines
- Planning comprehensive scope of analysis and conducting the analysis. This includes (but not limited to) identification of root causes, dependencies & blockers drivers, inputs & outputs, assumptions validation and detailed impact analysis.
- Designing of solutions in conjunction with technical feasibility.
- Documenting requirements and process mapping to industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Work closely and manage internal stakeholders to understand the business, business requirements, ensure alignment at every stage, manage prioritisation & expectations, obtain approvals etc.
- Effectively present technical information that is easily digestible by business users
- Efficiently communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Train stakeholders on the application to ensure effective usage and understanding.
Sprint process:
- Translate business requirements to system requirements (Epic / User Stories / Tasks / Bugs) in an AGILE environment for IT development
- Support Quality Acceptance process
- Drive User Acceptance Testing with end users and IT
Key requirements:
Essential Experience and Skills
- Direct ViewPoint product expertise: Strong functional, (technical – a plus) of Entity Management
- Client Service Knowledge: Knowledge of entity management and / or regulatory filings, its client service offerings, operational processes, data and controls.
- Technical Familiarity: Familiar with available technologies relevant to the component(s) e.g. direct experience of ViewPoint application (a plus) and in key Microsoft applications
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to adapt language and communication style to suit the intended recipient.
- Planning and Organization: Effective planning and organizational skills to manage competing time and priorities.
- Business Analysis: Advanced business analysis skills to understand business needs and gather requirements in a structured manner.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute meaningfully to solution design, ensuring due regard to the business perspective.
- Requirements and Process documentation: Competency in efficient requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively on project / BAU simultaneously
- Global Experience: Experience of working with global technical teams and applications in a services-based organization.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in written and oral English.
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field or comparable working experience.
- Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications in Business analytics
