We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Business Advisory Senior Consultant. Reporting to the Head of Business Advisory, this full-time and permanent position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Business Advisory service and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Business / Corporate consultancy services to our multinational and local clients;
• Perform procedures in relation to Administrative and corporate compliance such as preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the Management and authorities;
• Focus on handling ERC, IRC, Certificate of Subsidiary and other licenses;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Key requirements:

• 2-4 years of work experience. Major in Law / Accounting / Audit / Business;
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, and Investment Law;
• Good English in 4 skills;
• Ability to work under high pressure and willing to travel;
• Enjoying teamwork, cheerful, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Work hours: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm – Monday to Friday
