We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate. Reporting to the Associate Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service at counter, call centre and back office, with efficient and good manner
- Handle and follow up transaction, enquiries and complaints in efficient and effective manner with strong attention to details
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of transaction/data input and resolving discrepancies
- Deliver services and solutions by understanding customer needs and handle enquires and resolve problems/discrepancies promptly and effectively
- Ensuring all transactions and enquiries are processed/handled in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal operational procedures and company policies
- Maintain a professional investor communication service and be knowledgeable about the share registry services
- Support management in other tasks / ad hoc projects as assigned
- Coordinate with internal departments for ensuring total investor’s satisfaction
Key requirements:
- Higher Diploma / associate degree or above
- At least 3 years relevant experience in customer services, preferably in financial / securities industry
- Good understanding of local securities markets
- Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service; be rigorous in handling transactions and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English. Putonghua is a definitive advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player; able to work under pressure
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for an Associate role
