Associate Director Real Estate Yardi Platform

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate Director Real Estate, Yardi Platform. Reporting to the Director Real Estate Fund Operations this full-time and permanent position is based in the US  and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Funds business and it’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and documentation of advanced integrations and workflows across Yardi modules, including Voyager 7S, Investment Accounting, and other components that facilitate fund accounting, business planning, and investment tracking.
• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for integrations involving Yardi modules, Document Manager, and internal reporting platforms, ensuring efficient processing of documents and invoices.
• Gather and define business requirements and interface designs for connections between Yardi and external applications such as Forecast Manager, Loan and Debt Manager, and internal business intelligence systems.
• Oversee data governance and quality assurance processes for outputs generated from Yardi Voyager and related modules, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial, operational, and capital project reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile development practices and architectural alignment for enhancements to the Yardi platform.
• Design and refine SQL queries and custom Yardi reports using SSRS or BI tools to extract actionable insights from Voyager, Construction Manager, and Forecast Manager.

Attributes & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Real Estate, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of technical business analysis experience, with demonstrated expertise in Yardi Voyager 7S and related modules.
• Technical certifications related to Yardi or equivalent real estate platforms are highly valued.
• Proven experience integrating and optimizing Yardi modules like Investment Accounting, Forecast Manager, and Debt Manager.

Relevant Experience:

• Strong grasp of Yardi system architecture, table structures, and custom configuration options.
• Advanced SQL development skills across Yardi database structures and associated custom reporting layers.
• Understanding of Yardi Connector usage and system configuration.
• Experience developing within or integrating to Yardi’s Comm, Facility Manager, or Payscan
• Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools when connected to Yardi datasets.
• Experience implementing Yardi add-ons or third-party integrations that enhance Yardi capabilities.
• Familiarity with Snowflake services and data warehouse and their role in extending Yardi data pipelines or reporting.
• Experience with data integration best practices, especially across the Yardi platform
