We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate Director, Global Incorporations. Reporting to the Managing Director, Macau, this contract position is based in Macau, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations Services and its’ growth.

The Associate Director at Vistra Global Incorporations is a pivotal leadership role, serving as the second in line of command within Macau Ops. The Associate Director is directly responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Profit & Loss (P&L) outcomes and ensuring the organization meets all annual regulatory filing obligations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks

Key responsibilities:

  • P&L Management: Lead and manage the delivery of the company's P&L objectives, driving profitability and growth in line with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all annual regulatory filing obligations, maintaining full compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Leadership: Act as the deputy to the Director, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams and serving as acting head in the Director's absence.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance and compliance status to the Director and executive team.

 

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, or similar leadership roles within the corporate services or financial sector.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy;
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L responsibility and delivering on financial targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and local regulatory requirements affecting corporate incorporations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
