Associate Director, Business Development

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager/Associate Director, Business Development, Fund Services. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Fund Services, this full time and permanent position is based in Shanghai.

Requirements

1. Developing one-stop fund services, including fund administration, compliance, accounting and related work;
2. Identify leads and develop business opportunities in fund related services;
3. Building up business relationship with funds or professional partners such as international law firms, banks, and similar institutions;
4. Attending seminars and networking events;
5. Business developing on target clients in line with company strategy;
6. Preparing and following up quotes and proposals;
7. Handling client on-boarding procedures and coordinate with services team;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. With minimum 8-10 years of working experience in PE fund
3. Good Understanding of regulations and market for the fund industry
4. Outstanding sales skills with a track record of closing new busines
5. Good presentation and negotiation skills in English (oral and written)
6. Skilled at leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building
7. Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate well at all organizational levels.
8. Self-driven, result focus and ability to work under pressure
