We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Payroll Services. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this position is based in Indonesia allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage payroll transactions in line with company policies and local regulations.
- Collect, verify, and input payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, and leave balances.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for internal and client use.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client payroll data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless payroll delivery.
- Continuously seek process improvements and stay updated on payroll best practices

- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to manage and analyze payroll data effectively.
- Technologically literate and able to quickly adapt to software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable, accurate, able to work independently, and get things done!
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a Payroll Staff or Payroll Consultant, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
Education and Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university in any discipline
- Additional training or certification in payroll, accounting, or HRIS systems is a plus.
