We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Corporate Services. Reporting to the Manager, this full time and permanent position is based in Shanghai.

Requirements

Handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of companies (Hong Kong and offshore).

处理全套公司秘书事务和公司注册（香港和离岸）；

Assist with statutory filing, oversee internal and external regulatory compliance requirements;

协助法定备案，监督内部和外部监管合规要求；

Support your manager to provide value added solutions and handle clients’ enquiries;

支持您的经理提供增值解决方案并处理客户的查询；

Assist in handing ad-hoc projects when required;

在需要时协助处理临时项目；

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or above. Majored in English/Law/Business Administration is preferred 本科学历或以上，英语、法学、工商管理类专业尤佳

·         3 years and above in client service, preferably in corporate services industry. 3年或以上客户服务经验，企业服务行业经验更佳。

·         Good at written and reading English, and can use English at working language. 英文读写能力良好，可用作书面语言

·         Strong work ethic; professional and approachable; 稳健的职业操守，专业且平易近人；

·         Excellent organizational skills, attend to details and able to work under pressure; 出色的组织能力，注重细节并能在压力下工作；

·         Service orientated individual who is highly motivated, proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 以服务为导向的个人性格特点，积极主动，具有出色的人际关系协调能力和沟通技巧。
