We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Account Management. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Account Management this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service & Delivery Department and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, manage and oversee the ongoing Accounting, Tax, and Payroll service line; 
  • Managing the accounts of accounting, tax, and payroll clients handeled under the responsibility, have agood understanding and updated with status for other accounts handled by other colleagues;
  • Understand and analyze client's business needs, requirements, and providing advise to clients on their needs related to the accounting, tax, and payroll services;
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Monitoring client accounts and reporting on performance
  • Focusing on client retention and contract renewals;
  • To ensure that the team submits the required reporting to and on behalf of client are accurate, in a timely manner, and in compliance with the policy and regulation of Indonesian Government including tax authority and social security institution;
  • Retaining clients and seeking opportunities for account expansion;
  • Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions; 
  • Tracking client performance and generating reports and participate in account receivable function to create and manage invoices to be submitted to clients;
  • Staying updated on market trends and industry knowledge;
  • Collaborating with internal teams for seamless client support; 
  • Acting as a customer advocate within the organization.

 

 Attributes & Skills:

  • Accounting knowledge, including financial statements and tax regulations;
  • Detail-Oriented;
  • Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communications;
  • Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems;
  • Proficiency in tax and payroll administration and related laws
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Problem-solving abilities in complex situations
  • Time management for multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • High level of initiative;

 

Relevant experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the same field

 

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Management/Finance;
  • Brevet A & B is a plus;
  • Member of CPA and/or CA is an added value.
