We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, based in Tokyo, Japan. This full-time and permanent position is based in Japan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth. 

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll and bonus calculation for clients (payroll calculation, procedures for special collection of inhabitant tax, and payment of various taxes)
• Processing new hires and resignations of client employees (managing hiring documents, calculating severance pay, issuing withholding tax slips and other documents, sending documents, etc.)
• Establishment and improvement of operation processes
• Communication with client HR
• Communication with client employees (HR Help Desk)
• Set up and maintenance of systems related to the payroll calculation, benefit process, and time attendance.

Key requirements:

• Flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Have the ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Highly organized and able to manage a project from start to finish
• Quick learner
