We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, IPO & Share Registry Services. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our IPO & Share Registry Services and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

To provide consistent operational support to a portfolio of clients and ensure there is a continuous improvement in the work process in terms of effectiveness and efficiency to meet/ exceed the client expectation.

 

Operations/Functional Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle and process transactions in relation to securities registration and related corporate matters in accordance with the internal operational procedures and policies
  • Conduct general clerical tasks including report reconciliation, filing and internal system transaction input
  • Assist in delivering share certificates as and when required
  • Assist in preparing statistics and reports on daily operation for management review
  • Support user acceptance tests for projects and business initiatives

 

P&L Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the team to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department

 

Key requirements:

 

  • University Degree, preferably in Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 - 8 years of working experience in share registry or securities industry
  • Basic knowledge in IPO & Securities regulatory and compliance
  • Be rigorous in handling transactions and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated the ability to work independently and task prioritization
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player
  • Conversant with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
