We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial. This full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients (including offshore & private companies)
  • Handle company incorporations, striking off, restructuring and other corporate actions across various jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, statutory records, annual returns and other company secretarial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for assigned entities.
  • Liaise with clients, registered agents, regulators, auditors and other external parties on company secretarial matters.
  • Keep up to date with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor/Seniors

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
  • 5-6 years of company secretarial experience; preferably with sizeable professional firms
  • Good understanding of company secretarial practices and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge in ViewPoint 7.4 is preferred
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent spoken Mandarin
